    We believe in totally transparency regarding rates.  No surprises and no hidden charges.  We want to maximise the funds raised.  The only time a charge is made is when someone performs a paid for transaction on the site. 

    Unlike some other sites, we do not charge annoying monthly or set up fees.  Our charges cover credit card and related payment fees as well as administrative costs.  In summary, the average cost is 5.0% plus 0.40 per transaction plus applicable taxes.

    That's it.  No set up fees, no monthly fees, no hidden cash out charges at the end.  So you end up with low charges, excellent functionality, fast payouts and great service.

    We have a background in serving not for profit clients and personally in serving our community.  Yes, we are an web-based company, but that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t receive personal service.  In fact, we think this is one of our strongest points-we not afraid of the phone or personal meetings.  Of course, we can’t demonstrate a smile when you get on our site like you might get walking into a store, but that doesn’t mean we won’t try.  Here’s how.
