Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is the most common fatal genetic disease affecting young Canadians. It destroys the lungs and digestive system, filling the lungs with fluid and making every breath a struggle.
CF was once considered a disease that only affected children, but since 1960, the median age for a person with CF has risen from four to past forty. This is incredible. But it is not enough. A child born with CF today has only a 50% chance of reaching his or her 40th birthday. Help us to continue to support Canadian research so CF will one day stand for
