    Race Results & Photos

Further information on race results & photos

Firstly, a big well done to all of our Gut Busters from the whole team at MST. Secondly, thanks so much for all of your kind feedback and positivity about our new event. We're very keen to iron out a few small things and make sure we come back bigger and better next time!

We've been receiving wonderful reviews on www.runnersworld.co.uk so if you'd like to add your comments, good or bad, then please follow the link and search for the Gut Buster and leave your thoughts there.

There's talk of bringing back the Gut Buster sooner than originally planned, a provisional date of July 15th has been discussed for a summer version. Watch this space!

Please accept our apologies for the tardiness of getting the results and photos live on the website; a couple of technical issues and the small matter of a New Year to celebrate delayed as somewhat!

Both of these are now viewable on this site. Please note that the great collection of photos are available to download should you so wish, and there's no charge for doing so. However, we'd appreciate if you felt inclined to make a gesture of a small donation via our Just Giving fundraising page www.justgiving.com/My-Sporting-Times as rather than earning a few quid on this ourselves we'd prefer to put this towards our designated charity for 2012, the Thames Valley & Chilterns Air Ambulance Trust.

Many thanks, and we'll see you next time.

    The Team at MST.

    Good Morning Runners,

Thank you for entering The Gut Buster 10km or 10 Mile events on Saturday December 31st, we hope you're as excited about it as we are. The organising team have been out running around the routes at every opportunity over the past couple of months, and it really will be a lovely run. We only wish we could take part on the day as well!

With little more than a fortnight until what will of course be the highlight of your years, i'm sure you'll be thinking about race day practicalities and will have lots of questions.

To have all of your questions answered please visit the Race Page and click the link for Race Instructions, everything you’ll need to know will be there.

If you have any queries at all then please contact andy@mysportingtimes.com

Have a wonderful Christmas, remember it’s acceptable to indulge yourselves, you’re running a race!

    Happy Running,

The inaugural Gut Buster 10 Mile race will take in a challenging mixture of country roads, footpaths and woods through the glorious scenery of south Berkshire. With a short climb in the first half a mile you’ll know you’re in a race straight away, then running through or around a ford at 3 miles breaks things up nicely as you head up to the ancient Roman town of Calleva and halfway. From here the course rolls down and up again on road and trails all the way to the finish. Follow the link for the exact route: 10 Mile Route

10KM Run

£ 15.00

The inaugural Gut Buster 10k maybe be shorter in distance but it’s no less hard!! You’ll share much of your route with the 10 mile runners, including the famous ford and the run around Calleva. It’s up and down all the way on a mixture of surfaces – so this is not an easy option! Follow this link for the exact route: 10KM Route
